What to expect

Counselling can encourage your self-awareness, self-development and giving you a greater understanding of self, which can help you through some of the toughest moments that life throws at you. The thought of communicating through video may create some apprehension, it’s important to know that this form of therapy is just as effective as the sessions held face to face. Video calling will take place via Zoom. An invitation will be sent to your email address shortly after confirming your appointment. Follow the instructions in the email to help you access your session.

Need to cancel or reschedule?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible, this can be through phone, email or text. If you cancel with less than 48hrs notice, you may still be charged for your session. If we need to cancel your appointment you will not be charged and will aim to give you as much notice as possible. If you fail to attend your appointment (online, telephone and in-person) without prior notice you will be charged the full cost of the session.
